Refund & Satisfaction Policy

1. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

At FLA Precision Services, we stand behind the quality of our work. Because pressure washing and painting are labor-intensive services, we do not offer "change of mind" refunds once service has begun. However, we provide a Satisfaction Guarantee:
* If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning or painting, notify us within 24 hours of completion.
* We will return to your property to inspect and rectify the specific area of concern at no additional cost to you.
 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds (partial or full) are only considered under the following circumstances:
* Non-Performance: If a scheduled service was not performed due to an error on our part.
* Incomplete Work: If the service provided significantly deviated from the written scope of work and cannot be corrected.
* Property Damage: In the rare event of damage caused by negligence, we will either cover the repair costs through our insurance or provide a refund equivalent to the repair value.

3. Cancellation & Deposit Policy

To maintain our schedule and provide fair service to all of our clients, we enforce the following:
* 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund of your deposit.
* 24–48 Hours Notice: 50% of the deposit is retained to cover scheduling and mobilization costs.
* Less than 24 Hours / No-Show: The full deposit is non-refundable.
4. Weather and Environmental Exclusions
Pressure washing and exterior painting are weather-dependent.
* We reserve the right to reschedule due to rain, high winds, or extreme humidity to ensure the quality of the finish (especially for painting and paver sealing).
* Refunds are not issued for delays caused by weather, but priority rescheduling will be provided.
